I offered too several years ago. In fact, I used to volunteer to do anything they needed, flag, scrape, whatever, and I have even volunteered twice to do the website, but then they overlook all that, and forgot all about me and all my hard work for them when it came time to add another track official, and instead chose someone who had never done anything up to that time to help out much at all. So I said f*ck all that, and I haven't belonged to the club since. If you don't like my opinions, don't read them, and certainly don't go sticking you nose in where it was not invited, or do you just go around looking for something to b*tch about all the time too?

You know, I had a thought this afternoon, more like an epiphany really. I realized what has been going on. Some certain people who know me well enough, know that if they tell me something and make me think it is wrong, I'm just enough of an a**hole (yes, I freely admit it) to speak up about it, and stir up trouble or whatever over it, till it stops. Well, DAVISFARMS comment above has been weighing on me today, and I came to realize that I have been used by these certain folks to try to change things they don't like, as per the reason in the beginning of this post. So, for the record, I wish to apologize to all the members of BCATA if I have offended any of you in any way, and even to the non-members that either pull there or have just had the unpleasant experience of reading this thread or any of my other rants.
 

Again, for the record, I have always loved coming down and pulling too, and will continue to do so, heck, I might even join the club again at the last pull of the year this season if I have enough spare change.
 
I wish this would stop going on in the BCATA club. This whole forum was brought up to ask a question, a question that i to wondered.I understand the man that took the role of the website is a volunteer and cant drop everything to just do this for our interest. I give him credit for the time he has put in it. Thank you. Now on to the other crap, i see other organizations on here all the time bad talking each other and different things. I laugh at it mostly, but we have a good club of which is mostly made up by locals that live within 20 miles of each other, some not so close, but we ought to have a little more pride about it than to bring it up in front of everyone on the website. If you have issues with someone say it face to face not on this forum which reflects on the BCATA club. We want to get new faces and keep old faces as well in our club and things that have been said on this forum makes our club sound like we have problems in it. Use this website as a promoter not drag the club through a bunch of crap, because of issues you as a individual may have with someone.
 
Who are you talking too? The only thing i see on here is the question asked and people responding to it? It looks like some people need to mind there on unless there president of the club or member. That's how stuff gets started. he asked a question, the pull was 3 weeks ago. i too would wonder.
