Ferguson crane drawings ?

Has anyone ever created plans for the Ferguson telescoping square tube 3-point boom? My buddy wants to build one.

Not the best but the only ones readily available .

They are deceptive in their design , they are far more complicated than they first appear to be and it is extremely difficult to find two differing dimensions of tube with sufficient wall thickness that will telescope into each other .
A far simpler solution is the Australian made Ferguson lifting Jib .

Pete, tell your friend I have one. I am in Coldwater. If he wants to come down & look it over take pictures, etc. I am sure we can get together on a day & time. I have the one that was made for the Ferguson, there was a slightly different one that was made for the Ford. My email is open on the classic view. Richard

Richard I gave him Gene's e-mail. He has the plans. Did you see the one he had at Expo that he built? Looked very nice and original. But everything Gene does is good.
